- Development of the questionnaire.
- Selection of a random sample representative of the population in question with attention to various ethnic breakdowns and other factors that insure accurate results. The level of the sample confidence and margin of error factors are considered in selecting the sample size.
- Contacting the people chosen in the sample, usually by phone and recording their responses.
- Tabulating the responses using our sophisticated analytical software which cross tabulates each individual question answer with every other question answer.
- Furnishing reports, including percentages of respondents' answers in relationship to the whole sample, the full cross tabulation of the question, various charts and graphs to help interpret the results.
